A new American Lager? Well La-Di-Frickin'-Dah! Welcome back CAN DOWN BY THE RIVER, our beloved 4.5% crispy boi. Brewed with a bit of rice and Saaz hops, this is meant to be ultra pale, very clean, lagered to perfection, and highly carbonated. Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

Midnight Lasagna Italian-style Pils: 5.0%
Hate Mondays? Love Pilsners? This one's for you. MIDNIGHT LASAGNA is an Italian-style Pilsner that weaves in layers of Noble hop aromas in between layers of fresh bready Pilsner malt. We get scents of black tea, fresh bay leaves, and black pepper. On the palate, more floral & spicy Noble hop flavor cooks alongside some toasted brioche and fresh baked baguette malt notes beneath lively carbonation. The Edge Of Light German-style Pils: 5.3%
Can you see it? THE EDGE OF LIGHT? It's blindingly clear, with a straw hue and retentive white foam. But there's more to this bright 5.3% German-style pils than meets the eye. Balanced aromas exude the citrusy and herbal qualities of the noble hops, jumping through bergamot, black tea, and wildflowers. Ring, ring - THE BEACH IS CALLING. Our newest Smoothie Sour is thicc, heavily fruited, and tastes of an all-inclusive resort, conveniently located in Anaheim. Our go-to Sour Ale base was absolutely crammed with the MGP trio (Mango, Guava, and Pineapple) for a vacation-inspired voyage of easy-drinking, tropical flavor. Mango-forward, there's an immense succulent sweetness that's rounded out with guava tang and a hit of pineapple acidity. You better pick up - this one won't last long.

This is RADIANT SANGIOVESE, a 2023 vintage from our friends at Terah Wine Co. Sourced from the Mokelumne River AVA region, this Italian Varietal Sangiovese benefits from the cooler Pacific Ocean climate with vibrant, rustic expressions, a medium body, and approachable acidity. We’re experiencing fruity notes of strawberry, blackberry, and ripe cherry with subtle hints of earthy Tellicherry pepper and mild herbal additions that host an undercurrent of plum and tobacco.

Citrus Zest, Spices, British Tea Time Inspired
A new year means a BLANK SLATE. Every year our house witbier gets a bit of a facelift, maintaining the same base recipe while adjusting the botanicals. For 2025, Blank Slate draws inspiration from across the pond, injecting the occasion of high tea. We explored a bevvy of bright, British Tea Time staples like Lemon Peel, in-house dehydrated Bergamot, Chamomile and Keemun Congou Black Tea in addition to the standard Coriander & Bitter Orange Peel. This year the citrusy, light spicy aromas remain with an added whiff of delicate pommefruit and stonefruit esters. The flavors stay zippy and zesty, but with a rounded wheat maltiness and creamy mouthfeel. Come try this tabula rasa today!

The Abbey Series: Sanctus Norbertus Bière de Garde: 7.8%
Bottle Pour of the 2nd St. Michael's Abbey collab
It’s fitting that our first ever bottle-conditioned release should be the extension of our recent Biére de Garde. Translating to “beer for keeping”, this collaboration with St. Michael’s Abbey continues our series of brews with our Silverado Canyon neighbor, keeping alive this classical French style. Beyond flavor & aroma impacts, conditioning this Biére de Garde for several weeks resulted in both higher and livelier carbonation than achieved in cans, as well as boosted flavor and aroma impacts, highlighting the complexities of apricot, ginger, and white pepper. This limited run was certainly worth keeping; grab one to-go or for a taproom bottle pour before it’s gone!

Dreams Of Youth Pale Ale: 5.4%

Our beer memories are filled with fondness for the simpler times, coursing through our DREAMS OF YOUTH. But perhaps with our beer-tinged age comes some beer-soaked experience. Take for example, creating a Pale Ale that pays homage to the old while drawing inspiration from the new. A 5.4% modern day memory which incorporates Mosaic and Citra with sprinkles of Krush Cryo. It pours a reminiscent golden yellow hue but bursts with aromas of tropical fruit and tangelo whilst still emanating those familiar scents of pineapple. It's dry, well carbonated, and slightly bitter, but also hosts notes of passionfruit and lime zest to contrast the light touches of malt. Come embrace the newness of old.

These Hazy Pale Ale vibes are GAINING MOMENTUM. The flow of pineapple and finesse of stonefruit intertwine for a quick ride down the hills of tropical flavor. Hits of mango and guava fly through every sip and sniff before that subtle lime zest kicks in. Super juicy, easy-drinking, and enough of an oaty-body to keep the palate moving.

Clarity Unfolds Australian Pils: 5.5%
Ella, Eclipse, Enigma
New methods unveil, and CLARITY UNFOLDS. This Australian-style Pilsner is our first beer ever brewed with Australian malt, with a trio of Australian hops (Ella, Eclipse, and Enigma) to match. We also matched the water profile of our ingredients' origin: Tasmania. The regionally-driven result is a dry, crisp pilsner with retentive white foam. Boasting scents of guava, white gummy bears, and freshly-baked bread. Flavors of peach, hay, and freshly cut grass present under an assertive bitterness. Taste inspiration from down under with a Radiant twist from up above.

Of Mists And Clouds New Zealand XPA: 5.8%
Riwaka, Nelson, Motueka, Cashmere
This new Extra Pale Ale comes from the land OF MISTS AND CLOUDS. Welcome our latest New Zealand-influenced brew, an XPA packed with Riwaka, Nelson, Motueka, and Cashmere. We hope the kiwis would be proud of this bright, zippy beer that flies through Southern Hemisphere aromatics of gooseberry, white peach, and pineapple. Enjoy dry, crisp, hop-forward flavors of tropical fruit and citrus with a medium bitterness and just the lightest touch of malt toastiness.

Days Forgotten West Coast Pils: 6.2%
Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Krush, HBC1134, Hallertau Blanc
We teamed up with Joe and Co. from the institution known as Pinthouse to create something from DAYS FORGOTTEN. A West Coast Pilsner that bridges the gap between the worlds of hybrid beers; a pilsner base delicately hopped with subtle noble-esque hops on the hotside (Hallertau Blanc & HBC-1134) as well as a sprinkle of Saaz in the mash hop for those thiol precursors. Then we hit it with a double dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, Nectaron, and Krush for that modern Pinthouse pizzazz. It’s a saturated, tropical beer with an easy-drinking pils base and a reminder that not all’s forgotten.

Keep The Flame Alive Australian IPA: 6.8%
Galaxy, Vic Secret, Citra
Are you ready to KEEP THE FLAME ALIVE? Our newest IPA is inspired by the fire down under, taking Australian inspiration with Galaxy & Vic Secret hops, with a touch of Citra for balance. This is a very hop terroir driven ale, with elements of resin and light cannabis glowing among notes of white gummy bears and grapefruit pith, sparking embers of kafir lime and lychee. It's dry, medium-bitter, and contemplative of the taste of the upside down.

Ahh, Hazy IPAs. Forgive the forwardness but... we are still SO INTO YOU. Welcome back this GABF award-winning beer. Sink right into notes of citrus and stone fruit gleaned from the loving additions of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. A balance of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit, a touch of lemongrass and white peach, all melded with tropical papaya, pineapple, and mango flavors, wrapped in low bitterness.

Our latest hazy is in - ARE YOU READY? We took a combo of Mosaic, Krush, Simcoe, & Cashmere and created a pineapple-juice hued haze with white foam. Aromatics are explosive with tropical and zesty scents of passionfruit and nectarine, followed by flavors of mango, white grapefruit, and a hoppy backbone. Are you ready for the experience?

It's TIME TO DREAM of the ideal modern West Coast IPA. For us, that's a 6.9% hoppy tropical puncher of Citra, Mosaic, Strata, and Simcoe that drinks easy and hits with just the right amount of bitterness. Aromas of passion fruit and white peach with big, bold flavors of pineapple, mango, and lime. What more could we dream for?

Blue Rock West Coast IPA: 7.0%
Clayton Experimental CIP014, Riwaka, Citra
We worked with our friends at Clayton Hops in New Zealand to create something as stunning as the BLUE ROCK, the illustrious mountains surrounding their eponymous farm. Clayton Experimental CIP014 in short is an expression of the terroir surrounding the bines; a wildly intense tropical hop that blends wonderfully with some extra Citra & Riwaka. We rarely use an experimental hop as such a large percentage of the dry hop, but this did not disappoint! The result is a big, bright, zesty West Coast IPA that hits with big notes of strawberries, guava, passionfruit, and a touch of honeysuckle. Come try a piece of blue rock-inspired innovation!

A nice, classic West Coast IPA, THROUGH AND THROUGH. Clocking in at 7.1% and brewed with that beloved pairing of Simcoe & Mosaic, with some Simcoe Cryo for good measure, it's a banquet of citrus aromas with some danky, resiny flavors blended amongst some tropical touches. We're getting tangerine, grapefruit, and mango, all housed in a medium bitter body with some light dankness finishing each sip. Come through (and through!) Liquid Dynamite Hazy DIPA: 8.3%
Citra, Nelson, Simcoe, Oregon Chinook
Get ready for a glass of LIQUID DYNAMITE. This Hazy Double IPA explodes with a hop bill of Citra, Nelson, Simcoe, and our favorite Oregon Chinook, veering toward a tropical banger. Big pineapple juice vibes with lovely bursts of banana daquiri, mango, and tangelo. It's smooth, with a low bitterness and pillowy body, making it hard to believe it's 8.3% when the smoke settles.

Oh, oh, oh, THIS COULD BE MAGIC. A mystical melange of Mosaic, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and Cashmere make for quite the phenom of flavor. This 8.8% West Coast DIPA wows with a well-hidden ABV and flavors and aromatics that weave between the tropical and zesty; tangelo, mango, kumquat, and lime zest are all anchored with a final conjuring of cannabis at the last reveal. Sun Spangles Amber Lager: 5.1%
Look closely through the clouds of amber and witness the SUN SPANGLES. A brilliant beer that allows rich, German Munich malt to shine through a matrix of delicately balanced flavors. It’s malty yet dry, and lightly floral thanks to noble hops, while striking equilibrium between just the right amount of hop bitterness and toasty malt notes with a pleasant biscuity, nutty character.

Extremely Well Würst Oktoberfest Märzen Lager: 6.0%
How well versed are you in German beers? Über well versed? Or perhaps EXTREMELY WELL WÜRST? Educate yourself a little more with this copper hued, malty treasure of a Märzen. This traditional style drinks extremely clean, with rich melanoidins, notes of pumpernickel bread, and carefully balanced noble hop spice and bitterness. It’s the perfectly toasty way to toast the Radiant Oktoberfest weekend.

A Dark In The Light Black IPA: 6.9%
Close your eyes; it's time to find A DARK IN THE LIGHT. We've once again boldly dipped our toes into the inky waters of our 2024 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal-Winner for American Black Ale or American Stout. At 6.9%, filled with near-black perfect portions of Strata, Nelson, Citra, and Simcoe, this is a hop-forward, light-backward experience. With a dangerously dark pour, aromas of grapefruit and lemon peel insidiously intertwine with baking chocolate and rye. Further dives into the depths of flavors reveal citrus and melon accented with a hint of dark chocolate bitterness and rye spice. Open your eyes and taste the dark.

Cinnamon Spiral Sticky Bun-inspired Decadent Stout: 9.3%
Pecans, Vanilla, Maple, Cinnamon
This latest pastry stout venture is a CINNAMON SPIRAL. A decadent drink brewed to emulate that nostalgic Sticky Bun, conditioned with pecans, vanilla, maple and cinnamon. Luckily, that stickiness is confined to this perfect glass of rich, pastry flavor, swirling through nutty, honey-like goodness with specks of vanilla here and cinnamon there. It’s cinfully sticky.

Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroon inspired w/ Cacao Nibs, Coconut, and Vanilla
Is it Coco or Cocoa? Well, it’s COCO & COCOA. Our newest Pastry Stout scratches that proverbial deli itch, modeling itself after those delectable chewy chocolate-coconut macaroons. We brewed a rich, base pastry stout and conditioned it on Cacao Nibs from Vanuatu Malekula Island, Coconut and Vanilla to emulate a liquid form of that scrumptious cookie. Decadent, with lovely touches of dark chocolate, creamy vanilla, chewy coconut, and just a hit of heat at 9.5%, you’ll swear you’re waiting your turn at the counter - and we just called your number.

Tuju Collab Rye-heavy Baltic Porter
Real metalheads are DRAWN TO BLACK, and our Finnish friends from Panimoyhtiö Tuju are no exception. The premiere brewers from Finland swung by Anaheim to make a Baltic Porter as the Scandinavians do: with a metric ton of Rye. This Rye-Heavy Baltic Porter tastes like it could fit in a taproom near the Baltic Sea - we just transported it for the dark beer lovers of Anaheim. It’s robust, with lovely aromas of coffee and leather, comforting flavors of chocolate, dark fruit, and of course, a heavy metal amount of roasty rye bread. Kippis!
