Can Down By The River American Lager: 4.5%
A new American Lager? Well La-Di-Frickin'-Dah! Welcome back CAN DOWN BY THE RIVER, our beloved 4.5% crispy boi. Brewed with a bit of rice and Saaz hops, this is meant to be ultra pale, very clean, lagered to perfection, and highly carbonated. Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

Moving Fast German-stlyle Pilsner: 4.9%
all Saphir
We're MOVING FAST as we can to bring you this all Saphir beer, scratching a Eurocentric itch we've had for years. This 4.9% German-style Pils races through aromas of freshly baked bread and black pepper with a gentle landing into flavors of more light, crackery goodness and herbal, citrusy noble hop character. It's dry, super crisp, and ready to move fast through your glass before the next can.

Probably The Finest Danish-stlyle Pilsner: 5.2%
This is PROBABLY THE FINEST Danish-style Pilsner west of Copenhagen. After a semi-recent excursion to the original Carslberg Brewery in Denmark, we were inspired by what's "probably the best beer in the world" and wanted to replicate the fresh, surprisingly hoppy goodness that is a far cry from what sits in green bottles on US shelves. A secret Radiant blend of noble hops and the same base malt lend aromas of toasty, bready goodness and herbal hoppy flair, while Andrew once again geeked out to reproduce the Danish water profile for a balanced bitterness and crisp finish. Flavors of sweet grainy bread and even more elegant florals both balance brightly against a crispy backbone. Come take a sip of the (probably) finest!

It's All Circles Blonde Ale: 5.4%
When it comes to Blonde Ale, IT'S ALL CIRCLES. That mantra was the very impetus for this first recipe from our brewer Jake. We continue revisiting this infinitely flexible style, constantly circling around how to redefine the palatable crusher. This 5.4% rendition is no exception: a clean malt base with a Mosaic-forward hop bill brings it around to big citrusy aromatics that lead to flavors of mango and passionfruit before coming full circle back to a balanced crackery backbone. Another crusher is just 360° away!

Still Excidered Hard Cider: 6.0%
Hey all you apple-heads... hope you're STILL EXCIDERED! We've fermented a sequel to our last base cider 'So Excidered' and created another rustic, thirst-quenching followup. It's dry, high carbonated, and a lightly hazy gold hue. Aromas are floral and minerallic, with hints of cider apples, lemon verbena, and coriander. Flavors are well balanced between tannins and acidity with notes of floral apple, wild flowers, and coriander. So... you still excidered?

Mind Gardens Hoppy Pils: 5.1%
Riwaka
Get ready to reenter the MIND GARDENS. An introspective journey into the psyche of the New Zealand Pilsner informed a contemplative conclusion: Riwaka is the salve for the soul. This 5% hoppy Pils lets this beloved Kiwi hop speak its mind, and we're reading an easy-drinking but complex lager that warrants meditation with each sip. Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, and light papaya surround whiffs of mild bready pils malt amidst ultra clean fermentation. Upon further ponderation, flavors reminiscent of skin contact Gewurtz brood beyond heady notes of fresh lychee, kaffir lime, and a hint of pepper. Come harvest the garden of the mind.

Could Be Fate Pale Ale: 5.3%
Citra, Strata, Krush, Mosaic Cryo
It's been a minute since our last Pale Ale, so this COULD BE FATE. Every so often, the universe seems to reward us with an opportunity of kismet to brew this somewhat neglected style; in this instance with Citra, Strata, Krush, and Mosaic Cryo. The fateful hop blend unfolds a tropical, punchy destiny; mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, honeysuckle, and pineapple reveal the latest easy-drinking experience. Fate never tasted so fresh.

Imagine What You'll Know West Coast Pils: 6.0%
SH-45 yeast trial - Citra, Strata, El Dorado
IMAGINE WHAT WE'LL KNOW with the knowledge of Fermentis beside us. We hit up our yeast-informed friends for a trial of their new SH-45 strain, a special non-GMO thiolized yeast that still emphasizes a bright fruity character, just with a bit of organic restraint. Mix Citra, Strata, and El Dorado in and you've got a West Coast Pilsner that's exploding with big aromatics and a darn tropical profile. Hints of guava, honeysuckle, and white grape lift up a delicate malt profile and a lively carb. Come get a taste of what we know.

The Grand Unknown: 6.7%
ADHA 218 & Citra
Step into THE GRAND UNKNOWN. This new Hazy IPA ventures into delicious new territory with the experimental hop ADHA 218, anchored only with a baseline of Citra. We've been fans of the Latitude 46 breeding program at Roy Farms and it was no surprise another ADHA breed piqued our interest. When rubbing the new hop, Andrew experienced a surprisingly pleasant aroma of straight banana daquiri, instinctively wanting to throw it into a hazy - but how would it translate? We're happy to report the unknown is quite delicious: grand hits of guava, grapefruit, tangelo and jackfruit, with a tiny touch of the aformentioned banana daquiri.
-
Designed That Way West Coast IPA: 6.7%
Mosaic, Motueka, Citra, Cashmere
This ain't a fluke - it was DESIGNED THAT WAY. A 6.7% West Coast IPA that packs panache past its punctuality. Lower on the ABV end, but higher on the lip-smacking, sip sustainability. Mosaic, Motueka, Citra, and Cashmere break through the blueprints of our latest hoppy hitter. Dry, with a lovely carb, this design boasts big strawberry and mango aromas, with some final patterns of pithy grapefruit and zesty tangerine.
-

That's Choice West Coast IPA: 7.0%
Citra & NZH-109
In the spirit of our Kiwi friends and in honor of piloting their experimental hop NZH-109, all we could think to say was... "THAT'S CHOICE." NZ Hops delivered with this newest agricultural choice; and with a hefty combination of Citra, we've got quite the internationally-influenced West Coast IPA. The aromas are decisively tropical; big passionfruit, mango, fresh pineapple, and a touch of tuberose. Flavors continue in the same vein, with a medium bitterness and dry finish opening up for even more mango, stonefruit, and passionfruit. Come drink this choice!
-
The First Time I Saw You Hazy IPA: 7.2%
Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, Cashmere
THE FIRST TIME I SAW YOU the scent of passionfruit floated through the air. You told me your heart hopped five-fold; Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Cashmere were the names you went by. You sang notes of muskmelon and tuberose, hiding behind the haze you poured out. You were barely bitter, and told tales of tropical tropes. The first time I saw you, it wasn't the last.

Halcyon Nights Americian Stout: 6.7%
The perfect thoughtful sipper for those HALCYON NIGHTS; the nostalgic blanket of darkness that comes complete with good company, a warming feast, perhaps a bonfire, and the final flourish of a contemplative American Stout. With a base canvas of Simcoe and Motueka, we hearken back to a more classic interpretation of the style. Still with an opaque, obsidian black pour but a firmly bitter, roasty backing, nursed with the embers of citrus, pine, and coffee gracefully floating above the flames of baker's chocolate and mocha. Enjoy, and create some new Halcyon Nights.

The Abbey Series: Domina Nostra Guadalupensis Doppelbock: 8.8%
Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our fourth entry, Domina Nostra Guadalupensis, is a spiritually-crafted 8.8% Doppelbock. This is a malt showcase, rich and full-bodied, with an enlightening clean fermentation and balanced bitterness. Flavors are a luminous mosaic of melanoidin-driven toastiness and caramel, with the slightest hint of floral hop character and a well-hidden heat. Come drink like the monks of new.

Sweet Recolection Barrel-Aged Stout: 12.7%
Cacao Nibs, Coconut, Vanilla, Graham Crackers, Salt
Our latest barrel-aged stout beckons the SWEET RECOLLECTION of a pie just out of the oven, levitating the scents of chocolate, coconut and fresh pastry. This is a storied blend of 3 imperial stouts; one aged 50 months in W.L. Weller 12yr bourbon barrels, another aged 40 months in Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels, and the final aged 34 months in 2003 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection bourbon barrels. The decadent amalagm of liquid was then mingled with mountains of coconut, Ivory Coast rainforest cacao nibs, and Comoros & PNG vanilla beans, graham crackers and a touch of salt. It's an opulent affair; a thick, opaque-black pour that oozes artisanal hot chocolate melded with creamy coconut and vanilla, combined with the richness of your fondest fudge and the most gratifying graham cracker pie crust. Come recollect some new sweetness with each sip.
