Our beer memories are filled with fondness for the simpler times, coursing through our DREAMS OF YOUTH. But perhaps with our beer-tinged age comes some beer-soaked experience. Take for example, creating a Pale Ale that pays homage to the old while drawing inspiration from the new. A 5.4% modern day memory which incorporates Mosaic and Citra with sprinkles of Krush Cryo. It pours a reminiscent golden yellow hue but bursts with aromas of tropical fruit and tangelo whilst still emanating those familiar scents of pineapple. It's dry, well carbonated, and slightly bitter, but also hosts notes of passionfruit and lime zest to contrast the light touches of malt. Come embrace the newness of old.

A bright medley of citrus and stonefruit derived from Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere. There's mirrors of mellow white peach juxtaposed with tropical papaya, playing memory games with pineapple and mango, all touched with tastes of tangerine and grapefruit. These discoveries wait around the corner of each sip with a reflective, low bitterness and a pillowy mouthfeel to remember.

It's a gift from us, to us: the return of DDH SO INTO YOU. We took our GABF and WBC award-winning Hazy IPA and double dry-hopped it with the same killer trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops for even more elevated notes of citrus and stonefruit. There's still a Citra-dominant balance of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit but the lovely touches of white peach and lemongrass meld beautifully with even bigger flavors of tropical papaya, pineapple, and mango derived from a good backing of Mosaic and an accent of Cashmere. Please stop me before I'VE SAID TOO MUCH about this newest Hazy IPA. The problem is, it's hard for me not to wax poetic when that pale yellow hue hits just right. Nelson, Mosaic, Strata, and Cashmere taste like a liquid love letter I can't stop writing. Tropical, with hints of guava, passionfruit, mango, and pineapple that err on the side of perfection, mixed with a low bitterness to boot. Drinkable, pillowy, juicy, expressive,  ideal, and in other words -- I'll stop there for I fear I've Said Too Much.

Welcome a 6.7% San Diego Mountain-Style West Coast Rye IPA that's Nelson-forward with Citra, Strata, and Cashmere hops just around the bend. It pours slightly unfiltered with a light, golden hue and dense white foam. Those punchy hop aromatics allow pungent tropical notes of lychee, mango, and passionfruit before being followed by hits of cannabis and rye. Fruit-forward flavors of melon, gooseberry, and peach scratch those classic hop note itches before a final finish of a dry sauv blanc. Let's revisit the mountain and drink a little history.

Is it a SLIGHT EMBELLISHMENT to say Jake's newest West Coast recipe is the greatest thing ever made? Maybe. Is it a damn fine westie absolutely loaded up with his choice of the finest Mosaic, Krush, Nectaron, and Riwaka? Yeah, that one for sure. This is a souped-up riff on one of Jake's favorite ales that just straight up jams with tasty notes of white grapefruit, blueberry, citrus, and that New Zealand funk ya know and love, all in a beautiful pale golden hued package. It's all right to embellish when the sips hit this hard!

Fresh Oregon Chinook - Coleman Alluvial Farm + Mosiac, Strata, Chinook and Cashmere

We have an ALLUVIAL ATTRACTION to the origin of our Oregon Chinook. Yes that's the first time that sentence has ever been written - but for good reason. We are so in love with Indie Hops' sourced and Coleman Agriculture-grown Chinook that for the first time in six years, we made a second Fresh Hop beer highlighting it. We took this absolutely pineapple-saturated varietal in fresh hop format and added some Mosaic, Strata, Chinook, and Cashmere for good measure to make a Fresh Hop DIPA that's so fruit candy forward you'd swear we threw some gummy worms in the kettle. Explosive flavors and aromas of white peach, fresh pineapple, and strawberry, all floating around some medium bitterness, light resin, and more of that crazy gummy worm flavor!
