A new American Lager? Well La-Di-Frickin'-Dah! Welcome back CAN DOWN BY THE RIVER, our beloved 4.5% crispy boi. Brewed with a bit of rice and Saaz hops, this is meant to be ultra pale, very clean, lagered to perfection, and highly carbonated. Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

Come with me and drink ACROSS THE CLOUDS. Experience the pilsner as you may on a crisp spring day in Alsace along the Rhine River. Enjoy a brilliantly clear dark-straw pour with a tight-white lasting head. This Alsatian-style Pils boasts aromas of fresh-baked bread, fresh rain, and slight minerality. Ring, ring - THE BEACH IS CALLING. Our newest Smoothie Sour is thicc, heavily fruited, and tastes of an all-inclusive resort, conveniently located in Anaheim. Our go-to Sour Ale base was absolutely crammed with the MGP trio (Mango, Guava, and Pineapple) for a vacation-inspired voyage of easy-drinking, tropical flavor. Mango-forward, there's an immense succulent sweetness that's rounded out with guava tang and a hit of pineapple acidity. You better pick up - this one won't last long.

We utilized cola syrup, Montomerency cherries, and vanilla to yield a sweet, tangy, fizzy treat that shockingly evokes the famous 12oz can by a brand known across the world (but one that won't be named in this product description). Piña Colada Hard Seltzer with Pineapple and Coconut
You PUT THE PINEAPPLE IN THE COCONUT then condition them up! Maybe that's cutting it short, but like, that's basically what we did for this latest sunny seltzer. At 6.3%, with a truly tropical vibe, you'd be just as much at home sipping this on the beach as on our vibrant patio. Sweet acidity of the lush tepache flavors are contrasted nicely with the creamier coconut elements; it's a Piña Colada's zestier counterpart!

This is RADIANT SANGIOVESE, a 2023 vintage from our friends at Terah Wine Co. Sourced from the Mokelumne River AVA region, this Italian Varietal Sangiovese benefits from the cooler Pacific Ocean climate with vibrant, rustic expressions, a medium body, and approachable acidity. We’re experiencing fruity notes of strawberry, blackberry, and ripe cherry with subtle hints of earthy Tellicherry pepper and mild herbal additions that host an undercurrent of plum and tobacco.

Citrus Zest, Spices, British Tea Time Inspired
A new year means a BLANK SLATE. Every year our house witbier gets a bit of a facelift, maintaining the same base recipe while adjusting the botanicals. For 2025, Blank Slate draws inspiration from across the pond, injecting the occasion of high tea. We explored a bevvy of bright, British Tea Time staples like Lemon Peel, in-house dehydrated Bergamot, Chamomile and Keemun Congou Black Tea in addition to the standard Coriander & Bitter Orange Peel. This year the citrusy, light spicy aromas remain with an added whiff of delicate pommefruit and stonefruit esters. The flavors stay zippy and zesty, but with a rounded wheat maltiness and creamy mouthfeel. Come try this tabula rasa today!

The Abbey Series: Sanctus Norbertus Bière de Garde: 7.4%
2nd St. Michael's Abbey collab
Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our second entry, Sanctus Norbertus, is a spiritually-crafted 7.4% Bière de Garde. This is a complex fermentation, one prompting notes of dried apricot, bosc pear, ginger, and white pepper, backed by a delicate baked bread malt profile and noble hop character. The sunset golden pour boasts eggshell white foam and high carbonation among dry but warming sips, floating between stone fruit and light grass. Come drink like the monks of new.

New methods unveil, and CLARITY UNFOLDS. This Australian-style Pilsner is our first beer ever brewed with Australian malt, with a trio of Australian hops (Ella, Eclipse, and Enigma) to match. We also matched the water profile of our ingredients' origin: Tasmania. The regionally-driven result is a dry, crisp pilsner with retentive white foam. Boasting scents of guava, white gummy bears, and freshly-baked bread. Flavors of peach, hay, and freshly cut grass present under an assertive bitterness. Taste inspiration from down under with a Radiant twist from up above.

This new Extra Pale Ale comes from the land OF MISTS AND CLOUDS. Welcome our latest New Zealand-influenced brew, an XPA packed with Riwaka, Nelson, Motueka, and Cashmere. We hope the kiwis would be proud of this bright, zippy beer that flies through Southern Hemisphere aromatics of gooseberry, white peach, and pineapple. Enjoy dry, crisp, hop-forward flavors of tropical fruit and citrus with a medium bitterness and just the lightest touch of malt toastiness.

Are you ready to KEEP THE FLAME ALIVE? Our newest IPA is inspired by the fire down under, taking Australian inspiration with Galaxy & Vic Secret hops, with a touch of Citra for balance. This is a very hop terroir driven ale, with elements of resin and light cannabis glowing among notes of white gummy bears and grapefruit pith, sparking embers of kafir lime and lychee. It's dry, medium-bitter, and contemplative of the taste of the upside down.

May this one be ALWAYS IN YOUR MIND. A hazy with a presence that might never fade...Hopped with Citra, HQG4, and Krush Cryo, this pillowy beer lights the senses with big aromas of gooseberry and kumquat, and stimulates the palate with flavors of strawberry hard candy, mango, and tangerine zest. It's time again to hope: this is DDH HOPE LIKE FIRE. It's the return of one of our earliest Hazy IPAs, once again Double Dry-Hopped to aspiring ascendance with Citra and Nelson hops for a rush of stone fruit character and a blaze of tropical juiciness. Melon and peachy gummies dance with mango and guava, while notes of starfruit, strawberry, and tangerine flicker about. Try some today and see the embers that spark within.

Hold on, wait - LET ME CONTEMPLATE. There's something heady about this hazy. Full of Mosaic, Strata, Galaxy, and Simcoe, and swirling 'round like a glass of pineapple juice. I'm thinking about what's preferential - actualized aromas of jackfruit, mandarin, and pineapple, or the fullbore flavors of melon, guava, and tangelo. Well, guess I get to enjoy both - time for some intellectual imbibing.

An echochamber of juiciness through and through; this is ECHOES OF YOU, a 6.8% Hazy IPA that reverberates super-duper-tropical flavor. Mosaic dominant, with a hint of Cashmere & Amarillo, you’ll notice heaps of pineapple, guava, mango and white peach notes with a slight pine and kaffir lime presence in the aroma’s background.

Aromas of passion fruit and white peach with big, bold flavors of pineapple, mango, and lime. What more could we dream for?

Reflections Of The Sun West Coast IPA: 7.1%
Citra, HBC 586, Simcoe, Cashmere
It's OK to stare into REFLECTIONS OF THE SUN. Citra, HBC 586, Simcoe, and Cashmere shed light onto this West Coast IPA. Look through the clear, yellow hue and see the carbonation in each mirrored bubble. Pops of tropical treats and stone fruit shine from the glass with aromatic intent and echos of nectarine, papaya, and mango. The final flavors flicker bright citrus notes of tangerine zest and grapefruit. Let's reflect with another sip.

Halos In The Outfield Hazy IPA: 7.0%

The Angels rang - and they called for some HALOS IN THE OUTFIELD. This 7.0% Hazy IPA is a gorgeous crusher for the ball game. It pours a hazy, pale pineapple juice hue and boasts beautiful aromas of tropical mango and stonefruit from a home run combo of Citra, Nelson, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Low bitterness and a pillowy body provide a texture so perfect you'd swear you hit a triple!

FWD Thinking West Coast DIPA: 8.2%
FWD Hop Project - Citra YCH 803 Trial, Citra, Mosaic
This is FWD THINKING; a West Coast Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops' new FWD program. We utilized Citra YCH 803 Trial (a supercharged hop oil extract) in addition to Citra and Mosaic to create a blend of beautiful tropical science. Bountiful aromas of lime, pineapple and green papaya leap out between citrusy sips of tangerine and pomelo. Move FWD with every sip.

Futuristic Paradise IPA: 10.4%
Mosaic, Riwaka, Cashmere
Time to enter a FUTURISTIC PARADISE; one where the Hazy TIPAs pour like pineapple juice from the ether. This delightful 10.4% TIPA has a well-hidden ABV and a decidedly juicy hop bill of Mosaic, Riwaka, and Cashmere. Low bitterness and high tropicality with notes of fruity guava nectar, lime zest, and mango - come drink like the future.

Sun Spangles Amber Lager: 5.1%
Look closely through the clouds of amber and witness the SUN SPANGLES. A brilliant beer that allows rich, German Munich malt to shine through a matrix of delicately balanced flavors. It’s malty yet dry, and lightly floral thanks to noble hops, while striking equilibrium between just the right amount of hop bitterness and toasty malt notes with a pleasant biscuity, nutty character.

Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroon inspired w/ Cacao Nibs, Coconut, and Vanilla
Is it Coco or Cocoa? Well, it’s COCO & COCOA. Our newest Pastry Stout scratches that proverbial deli itch, modeling itself after those delectable chewy chocolate-coconut macaroons. We brewed a rich, base pastry stout and conditioned it on Cacao Nibs from Vanuatu Malekula Island, Coconut and Vanilla to emulate a liquid form of that scrumptious cookie. Decadent, with lovely touches of dark chocolate, creamy vanilla, chewy coconut, and just a hit of heat at 9.5%, you’ll swear you’re waiting your turn at the counter - and we just called your number.

Tuju Collab Rye-heavy Baltic Porter
Real metalheads are DRAWN TO BLACK, and our Finnish friends from Panimoyhtiö Tuju are no exception. The premiere brewers from Finland swung by Anaheim to make a Baltic Porter as the Scandinavians do: with a metric ton of Rye. This Rye-Heavy Baltic Porter tastes like it could fit in a taproom near the Baltic Sea - we just transported it for the dark beer lovers of Anaheim. It’s robust, with lovely aromas of coffee and leather, comforting flavors of chocolate, dark fruit, and of course, a heavy metal amount of roasty rye bread. Kippis!

Barley and Maple Wine Blend w/ maple and vanilla: 14.2%
Maple & Vanilla
A beautiful upside in this stretch of DAYS LOSING LIGHT... the solemn beauty of winter barrel releases. Concocted from the blend of two Maplewines (Barleywines utilizing maple syrup as a major part of the fermentable sugars), these liquids rested in a blend of Old Fitzgerald barrels for 34 months before syncing with a barrel of Barleywine aged for W.L. Weller 7yr Barrels for 42 months. The resulting liquid amber sat on Comoros Vanilla Beans for a sweet snapshot of solace inspired by the frigid Northeast. Pouring a burnt mahogany, this hybrid smells of bourbon, treacle, marshmallow and oak; a precursor to the rounded tastes of toffee, maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon, and fudge that follow.
