Our beer memories are filled with fondness for the simpler times, coursing through our DREAMS OF YOUTH. But perhaps with our beer-tinged age comes some beer-soaked experience. Take for example, creating a Pale Ale that pays homage to the old while drawing inspiration from the new. A 5.4% modern day memory which incorporates Mosaic and Citra with sprinkles of Krush Cryo. It pours a reminiscent golden yellow hue but bursts with aromas of tropical fruit and tangelo whilst still emanating those familiar scents of pineapple. It's dry, well carbonated, and slightly bitter, but also hosts notes of passionfruit and lime zest to contrast the light touches of malt. Come embrace the newness of old.

Citra, Mosaic

These Hazy Pale Ale vibes are GAINING MOMENTUM; even moreso after picking up a Silver Medal in the Hazy Pale Ale category at the 2025 Great American Beer Festival. The flow of pineapple and finesse of stonefruit intertwine for a quick ride down the hills of tropical flavor. Hits of mango and guava fly through every sip and sniff before that subtle lime zest kicks in. Super juicy, easy-drinking, and enough of an oaty-body to keep the palate moving.

HBC1134 & HBC1134 Hyperboost

We craved something even lovelier... so here is DDH SIMPLY LOVELY. A Double Dry-Hopped edition of our original Hoppy Lager Recipe, emphasizing the first beer's HBC1134 bill with some HBC1134 Hyperboost for a lovely measure. The punchy aromatics recall a Noble Hop Beer but with American hops, boasting lemon balm, dried apricot, and alpine flowers, with a touch of bready pils malt. Medium bitterness and a high carbonation play a charming host to the taste of black tea, lemon verbena, and orange blossom. It's simply even lovelier.

Garston Hop's NZ Cascade

Zoom in - we made a new XPA and it's quite a LITTLE BEAUTY. A New Zealand Cascade Extra Pale Ale with big emphasis on that NZ Cascade part, courtesy of our friends at Garston Hops. This is a punchy, hop-forward XPA with a beautiful pale straw pour and lots of fruity aromas and flavor; mango, papaya, and tangerine with a little lime and a whiff of wheat behind the hop character. Dry, highly carbonated, and easy-drinking - it's quite a little beauty.

YOU ARE NOT ME and I am not you; but together, our hazy dreams can come true. This latest release has that air of familiarity in flavor. A bright medley of citrus and stonefruit derived from Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere. There's mirrors of mellow white peach juxtaposed with tropical papaya, playing memory games with pineapple and mango, all touched with tastes of tangerine and grapefruit. These discoveries wait around the corner of each sip with a reflective, low bitterness and a pillowy mouthfeel to remember.

It's a gift from us, to us: the return of DDH SO INTO YOU. We took our GABF and WBC award-winning Hazy IPA and double dry-hopped it with the same killer trio of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops for even more elevated notes of citrus and stonefruit. There's still a Citra-dominant balance of tangerine and ruby red grapefruit but the lovely touches of white peach and lemongrass meld beautifully with even bigger flavors of tropical papaya, pineapple, and mango derived from a good backing of Mosaic and an accent of Cashmere. You like hazies? I can tell that WE ARE GONNA BE FRIENDS. This is a hazy, pineapple juice pour with handsome white foam that clocks in at 6.6%. Citra, Simcoe, and Cashmere hops collide in companionship to produce wonderful aromas of tangerine, jackfruit, and melon that precede flavors of papaya and guava with a friendly hint of lime peel. Enjoy medium carbonation and bitterness with a soft body - it's an easy-drinking hazy to gab over with a new friend!

The boys from Ambitious Ales came over and we spent the day discussing CHAIN SECRETS. Unknown tales, old yarns interconnected between big deals alongside the little things. Luckily, some secrets were meant to be shared, like this brand new West Coast IPA. In between narratives, we told the story of a hop bill boasting Nelson, Strata, Strata Hyperboost, Mosaic, Citra, and Oregon Chinook. Big flavors of ruby red grapefruit, peach, and tangerine weave between the links, creating a satisfying, sippable secret.

WBC - Citra, Strata, Nelson, Simcoe

Close your eyes; it's time to find A DARK IN THE LIGHT. We've once again boldly dipped our toes into the inky waters of our 2024 & 2025 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal-Winner for American Black Ale or American Stout. At 7.1%, filled with near-black perfect portions of Strata, Nelson, Citra, and Simcoe, this is a hop-forward, light-backward experience. With a dangerously dark pour, aromas of grapefruit and lemon peel insidiously intertwine with baking chocolate and rye. Further dives into the depths of flavors reveal citrus and melon accented with a hint of dark chocolate bitterness and rye spice. Open your eyes and taste the dark.

Simcoe, Citra, Riwaka, Motueka, Amarillo, Kohia Nelson Kief

This west coast ripper is KINDA AWESOME-ISH. Killer amounts of Simcoe, Citra, Riwaka, Motueka, and Amarillo hops join with some Kohia Nelson Kief for a gnarly good combo. The smells comin' out the glass shred with big green papaya, mango, and lime zest. Flavors of passionfruit and orange sherbet grind on the palate through a dry body and just enough carb to land that final kickflip on the finish.

At the end of the day, don’t we all just WANNA MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY? That was at least the impetus for this latest West Coast IPA with our friend Thom from Uncharted Brew Co., who trekked from Antwerp to Anaheim for a SoCal-flavored collaboration. Rather than settling, we aimed for maximum happiness innovation, putting together Citra, Motueka, Oregon Chinook, and Fresh Wai-Ti Cold-Pressed Hop Juice from Freestyle Hops. We’re getting orange candy, bright fresh hops, and pineapple, some slightly sticky resin and a whole lotta smiles after every refreshing sip.

Citra & Nectaron

DO YOU EVER WONDER? We do. Frequently. About life. About love. And about how to brew a Hazy Double IPA that stands the test of time. Such is the case of this revisit to our third ever Hazy DIPA, written down in the Radiant tomes back in 2021! And we're happy to say this Citra & Nectaron-laden haze passes the pondering exam. A glowing orange liquid with minimal bitterness and the stickier sweet fruit flavors of a higher ABV hazy, all thanks to our friend Nectaron. Lush, tropical aromas and flavors of papaya, passionfruit, mango and melon mingle with ganja-like green and tangerine.

Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, Mosaic Hyperboost

We brewed a MOSAIC OF MOSAICS. A thorough quilt of quality, highlighting one of our favorite hops and its various form, all woven throughout this 9% West Coast Double IPA. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Mosaic Hyperboost make up the delicate patchwork. Threads of lime, citrus, passionfruit, and grapefruit stitch together a hop-saturated beer with just the slightest alcohol bite and some wonderful resinous bitterness that washes away clean. Mosaic, Riwaka, Cashmere

Time to enter a FUTURISTIC PARADISE; one where the Hazy TIPAs pour like pineapple juice from the ether. This delightful 10.4% TIPA has a well-hidden ABV and a decidedly juicy hop bill of Mosaic, Riwaka, and Cashmere. Low bitterness and high tropicality with notes of fruity guava nectar, lime zest, and mango - come drink like the future.
