Beyond enjoying its high crushability, you may be moved to appreciate its delicate notes of hay, grass, lime, and floral hops. Brewed for all the motivational speakers out there.

  • Mexican lager Can Art

Horas De Sol Mexican-style Lager: 4.9%

These are the HORAS DE SOL - the timely trickles of light shining through the deep straw pour of our first Mexican-style Lager. Highly carbed and immensely drinkable, so you can enjoy every sip of crackery malt, light florals, and slight corn sweetness just as much as the last refreshing sip. Simply... delicioso.

  • Just for the Stars Can Art

Just For The Stars German-style Pils: 4.9%

This one's JUST FOR THE STARS. A brand new German Pils with a Noble Hop atmosphere: big, bright floral notes and some lovely spice character fits in just right with the crispy backbone that still drinks lighter than gravity. Enjoy it in a universe nearby.

  • International Amore Can Art

    International Amore Italian-style Pils: 5.0%

You could say we've got some INTERNATIONAL AMORE toward Italian-style pilsners. A crush on the crystal clear, highly carbonated, and ever-so drinkable crisp style. Our foray with amore delves into hop-forward aromatics of black tea, bergamot, thyme, and pils malt with a very dry, mildly herbal drinking experience that we’ve fallen in love with. Dive into this affair with a bellísimo beer!

Fruity & Fun

  • The Beach is Calling

The Beach is Calling Smoothie Sour: 5.0%

Smoothie Sour with Mango, Guava, and Pineapple

Ring, ring - THE BEACH IS CALLING. Our newest Smoothie Sour is thicc, heavily fruited, and tastes of an all-inclusive resort, conveniently located in Anaheim. Our go-to Sour Ale base was absolutely crammed with the MGP trio (Mango, Guava, and Pineapple) for a vacation-inspired voyage of easy-drinking, tropical flavor. Mango-forward, there's an immense succulent sweetness that's rounded out with guava tang and a hit of pineapple acidity. You better pick up - this one won't last long.

  • Cherish the Thought Hard Cola

Cherish The Thought Cherry Hard Cola: 6.1%

Hard Cola (Seltzer) with Montmorency Tart Cherry and Vanilla

A cola-inspired seltzer? Oh, we CHERISH THE THOUGHT. It's high time we went down the soda avenue, and what better choice than Cherry Cola. A beloved nostalgic liquid, now in seltzer form at Radiant. We utilized cola syrup, Montomerency cherries, and vanilla to yield a sweet, tangy, fizzy treat that shockingly evokes the famous 12oz can by a brand known across the world (but one that won't be named in this product description). Come enjoy a can - err - glass of draft-only Cherry Vanilla Hard Cola!

  • Never Been done before hard seltzer

Never Been Done Before Chartreuse-spritz Seltzer: 9.0%

Seltzer Lagered in Charteuse Barrel w/ Botanicals and Lime

This surely has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE. A Chartreuse Barrel-Aged Seltzer that started as a “what if?” but quickly evolved into a bizzarely elegant Spritz. Our base seltzer was racked into a second-use Chartreuse Barrel that formerly housed our Strong Ale and sat at a cool 38° for 12 months, picking up notes of our favorite green liqueur before being finished with additional Alpine-inspired botanicals alongside lime and juniper. The palest-green hue emanates aromas of chamomile and lemon balm. We get lime, bitter herbs, slight wood tannin, and bright acidity on the palate with lots of beautiful, spritzy bubbles. Time to sip some strange history.

  • Radiant Red Wine

    Red Wine Sangiovese: 13.0%

This is RADIANT SANGIOVESE, a 2023 vintage from our friends at Terah Wine Co. Sourced from the Mokelumne River AVA region, this Italian Varietal Sangiovese benefits from the cooler Pacific Ocean climate with vibrant, rustic expressions, a medium body, and approachable acidity. We’re experiencing fruity notes of strawberry, blackberry, and ripe cherry with subtle hints of earthy Tellicherry pepper and mild herbal additions that host an undercurrent of plum and tobacco.

  • Blank Slate Witbier Can Art

    Blank Slate Witbier: 5.0%

Citrus Zest, Spices, British Tea Time Inspired

A new year means a BLANK SLATE. Every year our house witbier gets a bit of a facelift, maintaining the same base recipe while adjusting the botanicals. For 2025, Blank Slate draws inspiration from across the pond, injecting the occasion of high tea. We explored a bevvy of bright, British Tea Time staples like Lemon Peel, in-house dehydrated Bergamot, Chamomile and Keemun Congou Black Tea in addition to the standard Coriander & Bitter Orange Peel. This year the citrusy, light spicy aromas remain with an added whiff of delicate pommefruit and stonefruit esters. The flavors stay zippy and zesty, but with a rounded wheat maltiness and creamy mouthfeel. Come try this tabula rasa today!

  • Belgian blonde Can Art

The Abbey Series: Sanctus Florianus Belgian-Style Blonde Ale: 8.2%

1st St. Michael's Abbey collab; Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & Motueka hops

Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our first entry, Sanctus Florianus, is a spiritually-crafted 8.2% Hoppy Belgian-Style Blonde Ale. Dosed with traditional Belgian candi sugar and lightly dry-hopped with a modern New Zealand bill of Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka, the result is a complex, yet dangerously easy-drinking beer. Bone-dry, with a surprisingly bright palatibility, flavors entwine between Belgian yeast esters of delicate stone and pomme fruit, and the fruity, tropical New Zealand hop character. Come drink like the monks of new.

Hoppy

  • Mind Gardens Can Art

    Mind Gardens Hoppy Pils: 5.0%

    Riwaka

Get ready to reenter the MIND GARDENS. An introspective journey into the psyche of the New Zealand Pilsner informed a contemplative conclusion: Riwaka is the salve for the soul. This 5% hoppy Pils lets this beloved Kiwi hop speak its mind, and we're reading an easy-drinking but complex lager that warrants meditation with each sip. Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, and light papaya surround whiffs of mild bready pils malt amidst ultra clean fermentation. Upon further ponderation, flavors reminiscent of skin contact Gewurtz brood beyond heady notes of fresh lychee, kaffir lime, and a hint of pepper. Come harvest the garden of the mind.

  • Asleep on the Ceiling Pale Ale Can Art

Asleep on the Ceiling Pale Ale: 5.7%

    NZ Cascade, Chinook & Amarillo

We fell ASLEEP ON THE CEILING and dropped a brand new Pale Ale. This is a special one; our brewer Billy's first original recipe at Radiant. He aimed for a modern Pale Ale with a new-school C-hop inspirational twist, flipping the hop bill on its head with a trio of New Zealand Cascade, Chinook, and Amarillo. It's dank and resinous, with a medley of citrus peel, guava, passionfruit, and overripe pineapple flipping your senses rightside up. Grab one from above and try it today!

    Mosaic, Strata, Galaxy, Simcoe

Hold on, wait - LET ME CONTEMPLATE. There's something heady about this hazy. Full of Mosaic, Strata, Galaxy, and Simcoe, and swirling 'round like a glass of pineapple juice. Well, guess I get to enjoy both - time for some intellectual imbibing.

An unfiltered IPA brewed with a new (to us) Ale Yeast that kinda tastes like the BEST CASE SCENARIO. A slight pale haze topped off with heady white foam boasts big aromas of peach, nectarine, and strawberry. Medium bitter, bone dry and serious tropicality with a hint of pine. You may want a whole case of this scenario.

  • Come to Realize Hazy DIPA Can Art

Come To Realize Hazy DIPA: 8.0%

    Mosaic, El Dorado, Cashmere

We've recently COME TO REALIZE the truth: Mosaic, El Dorado, and Cashmere are a terrific trio for a Hazy DIPA. This latest 8% murky juice bomb drinks as easy as the pineapple juice it resembles. With enough tropical flavors and aromas to make Dole envious, you'll lounge between ripe pineapple, guava, passionfruit, and honeydew. These rich tropical notes and pillowy mouthfeel make it so approachable you'll come to realize... you need another.

  • FWD Motion Can Art

FWD Thinking West Coast DIPA: 8.2%

FWD Hop Project - Citra YCH 803 Trial, Citra, Mosaic

This is FWD THINKING; a West Coast Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops' new FWD program. We utilized Citra YCH 803 Trial (a supercharged hop oil extract) in addition to Citra and Mosaic to create a blend of beautiful tropical science. Bountiful aromas of lime, pineapple and green papaya leap out between citrusy sips of tangerine and pomelo. Move FWD with every sip.

  • Set The Night Alight DDH West Coast DIPA: 8.5%

Breakside Collab w/ Mosaic, Krush Cryo, Simcoe, Cashmere, Mosaic Quantum

When the Portland legends from Breakside Brewery come to town, an IPA collab is a no-brainer. Ben Edmunds, our good friend and Breakside’s head hopper, believes in intense hop saturation, so we did it big with a Double Dry Hopped West Coast Double IPA we call SET THE NIGHT ALIGHT. We hopped it with Mosaic, Breakside’s hand-selected Krush Cryo, Simcoe, our mutally beloved Cashmere, and for our first time, Abstrax’s Mosaic Quantum hop extract. With intense aromas of tropical fruit and big, bright flavors of citrus and guava, this is a night you won’t forget.

Close your eyes; it's time to find A DARK IN THE LIGHT. We've once again boldly dipped our toes into the inky waters of our 2024 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal-Winner for American Black Ale or American Stout. At 7.1%, filled with near-black perfect portions of Strata, Nelson, Citra, and Simcoe, this is a hop-forward, light-backward experience. With a dangerously dark pour, aromas of grapefruit and lemon peel insidiously intertwine with baking chocolate and rye. Further dives into the depths of flavors reveal citrus and melon accented with a hint of dark chocolate bitterness and rye spice. Open your eyes and taste the dark.

  • Coco and Cocoa Can Art

Coco & Cocoa Decadent Stout: 9.5%

Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroon inspired w/ Cacao Nibs, Coconut, and Vanilla

Is it Coco or Cocoa? Well, it’s COCO & COCOA. Our newest Pastry Stout scratches that proverbial deli itch, modeling itself after those delectable chewy chocolate-coconut macaroons. We brewed a rich, base pastry stout and conditioned it on Cacao Nibs from Vanuatu Malekula Island, Coconut and Vanilla to emulate a liquid form of that scrumptious cookie. Decadent, with lovely touches of dark chocolate, creamy vanilla, chewy coconut, and just a hit of heat at 9.5%, you’ll swear you’re waiting your turn at the counter - and we just called your number.

  • Baklavan it Barrel Aged

Baklavin' it Baklava-inspired Imperial Stout: 12.2%

Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts, California Avocado Honey, Png Vanilla Beans, Coconut, Cinnamon and a Drop Of Orange Blossom Water

Ba-da-ba-ba-ba… we’re Baklavin’ It! This Baklava-inspired Imperial Stout consists of two Balkan-yearning barrel journeys: 49 months in a Thomas H Handy Sazerac Rye Whiskey Barrel and 40 months in a Stagg Jr Bourbon Barrel. To fulfill our loving, Ottoman-influenced homage, we took the results, blended them, and then conditioned on a methodical blend of Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts, California Avocado Honey, PNG Vanilla Beans, Coconut, Cinnamon, and just a drop of Orange Blossom Water. Deep and viscous black with big complex nuttiness, vanilla, mild spice, and floral hints from the honey and orange blossom. It’s intensely decadent, full and mouth coating with bourbon notes tempering the nuts, vanilla, and spice - a boozier tribute to your favorite Little Arabia bakery treat, with fewer phyllo dough crumbs. We think you’ll Baklav It too!
