When it comes to Blonde Ale, IT'S ALL CIRCLES. That mantra was the very impetus for this first recipe from our brewer Jake. We continue revisiting this infinitely flexible style, constantly circling around how to redefine the palatable crusher. This 5.4% rendition is no exception: a clean malt base with a Mosaic-forward hop bill brings it around to big citrusy aromatics that lead to flavors of mango and passionfruit before coming full circle back to a balanced crackery backbone.
