Mental Enterprise – Can Conditioned Belgian-style Blonde Ale

Monkish is SO RADIANT. Our first of five 5th Anniversary Collabs was crafted with our good friends Henry and Adriana Nguyen from Torrance in the style that (first) put them on the map; a Belgian! We concocted a Belgian-style Blonde Ale hopped with Riwaka and Saphir. The resulting ale hits a delicate balance between yeast expression, hops with tropical notes, stone fruit, and grapefruit, and just a touch of toasted malt to complement. Enjoy extra lively carbonation from time spent conditioning in these special anniversary cans. This is MENTAL ENTERPRISE.
