Microtonal Polka Dots – West Coast Pilsner

Let's get into the beautiful, chaotic euphony of MICROTONAL POLKA DOTS. This latest recipe from our brewer Billy takes inspiration from the beautifully atonal Angine de Poitrine, letting the magnificent mischief carry its way into the kettle to make a similarly mystical West Coast Pilsner. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Citra Cryo, Nectaron, and Saphir, these dots don't stick to one direction. The palate ranges from tropical guava and papaya to lime zest and pineapple to slight cannabisy kisses. Dry, with a crushable finish, and balanced bitterness - don't let the chaos fool you - microtonal is magic!
