We brewed a MOSAIC OF MOSAICS. A thorough quilt of quality, highlighting one of our favorite hops and its various form, all woven throughout this 9% West Coast Double IPA. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Mosaic Hyperboost make up the delicate patchwork. Threads of lime, citrus, passionfruit, and grapefruit stitch together a hop-saturated beer with just the slightest alcohol bite and some wonderful resinous bitterness that washes away clean.
