WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

  • MENTAL ENTERPRISE: collaboration with Monkish Brewing

    Can Conditioned Belgian-Style Blonde Ale (5.6%)

    This first of five 5th Anniversary collabs was crafted with our friends from Torrance in the style that (first) put them on the map; a Belgian! We concocted a Belgian-style Blonde Ale hopped with Riwaka and Saphir. The resulting ale hits a delicate balance between yeast expression, hops with tropical notes, stone fruit, and grapefruit, and just a touch of toasted malt to complement. Enjoy extra lively carbonation from time spent conditioning in these special anniversary cans.

  • FLAVOR MELODIES: collaboration with Wayfinder Beer

    Pale Lager Brewed With Earl Grey Tea (5.5%)

    This second of five 5th Anniversary collabs was crafted with our friends from Portland in the style of an inspired, innovatively-adjuncted Lager you might find in their taproom. We painstakingly embarked on a steeping quest, testing teas across the spectrum before landing on two sumptuous satchels of Earl Grey and Black Tea to swirl with select Saphir hops.  The resulting lager is fun and complex, with a delicate interplay of bergamot and herbaceous notes from both hops and tea, and a subtle pils malt backbone.

  • VISUAL DOMAIN: collaboration with Other Half Brewing

    Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Imperial IPA (8.5%)

    This third of five 5th Anniversary collabs was crafted with our friends from Brooklyn in the style of a classic, East Coast OH Haze experience. A Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Imperial IPA loaded with Mosaic, Coleman Alluvial Chinook, Mosaic Cryo, Cashmere, and Motueka. The resulting haze is a punchy homage to Other Half, with aromas discernible from arms length! Supremely tropical with ripe pineapple, guava leading strawberry, white peach and jackfruit, featuring a pillowy mouthfeel and well-hidden alcohol.

  • SONIC FEEL: collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing

    Triple Dry-Hopped Hazy West Coast IPA (7.1%)

    This fourth of five 5th Anniversary collabs was crafted with our friends from The Bay in the style of their classic West Coast Haze. We brewed a Triple Dry-Hopped Hazy West Coast IPA absolutely saturated with Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson, Strata, Simcoe, and Cashmere. The resulting West Coast Hazy utilizes oats, wheat, and chit malt for a soft mouthfeel that houses an intense hop expression. Balanced bitterness, immense tropical fruit, and oodles of guava, mango, and nectarine flavor and aromatics.

  • RATIONAL LIMIT: collaboration with North Park Beer Co.

    Triple Dry-Hopped West Coast IPA (7.3%)

    This fifth of five 5th Anniversary collabs was crafted with our friends from San Diego in the style of a hop-soaked, NPBC-influenced IPA. This Triple Dry-Hopped West Coast IPA features an explosive hop bill of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Dynaboost, Simcoe Cryo, and Nectaron. The resulting IPA utilizes classic NPBC hopping techniques on a pale German Pils Malt base to garner an explosively aromatic beer; fully hop-saturated flavor and mouthfeel with tropical and citrusy notes and a touch of dank.

  • ALL THE THINGS WE'VE DONE: YEAR 5

    Double Dry-Hopped West Coast DIPA (8.6%)

    You are SO RADIANT, and we’re so grateful for you being a part of ALL THE THINGS WE’VE DONE: YEAR 5. Five years of Sending Out Light inspired this luminous Double Dry-Hopped West Coast Double IPA, loaded with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, Mosaic Quantum, Nectaron, Krush, Simcoe. This DIPA blends an amalgam of techniques and ingredients we’ve fallen in love with over the years, making for a dangerously-easy drinking beer. Big hop-derived aromas like guava, muskmelon, and jackfruit intertwine with flavors of white grapefruit and mango, all shining brightly over a wonderfully dry profile.
