What do you get when you source multiple-origin vanillas to unite with a barrel-aged stout base? Well, A TOUCH OF EVERYTHING. A blend of Imperial Stout aged in Elijah Craig 8-year Barrels for 43 months and W.L. Weller 12-year barrels for 35 months was conditioned on carefully processed Comoros, Uganda, and Mauritius vanilla beans to ensure a nuanced, rich, and decadent dark treat. This viscous black 12.6% pour boasts a small, tan head with slight alcohol legs. The weighty liquid elicits many shades of vanilla upon opening with a rich and intense barrel character preceding marshmallow, bourbon, dark chocolate, and candied dates. A mouthcoating, velvety, and slightly warming mouthfeel with final touches of char and treacle join the delicate carbonation in an elegant end to the palate. Try it before Everything is gone.
