Inspired by Häagen-Dazs Rum Raisin Ice Cream, this passion project showcases a melodic strong ale that sang in Barbados Rum Barrels for just over 4 years before hitting the chorus; conditioning on 30lbs per barrel of Jumbo California Raisins, Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans, and a backing note of cinnamon. This nostalgic, barrel-aged beauty is an aria of complex flavors of rum, dark fruit, treacle, creamy vanilla and chewy toffee. Each sip sings of elegance, with a viscous and luxurious mouthfeel, a warming embrace, and the slightest coda of carbonation. Enjoy at your own rhythm.
